We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The job requires significant experience in development of Java enterprise systems. In this position you will be a key engineer in developing a modern, cutting edge, new Product in the C&I industry. The job requires deep understating in Java various technologies along with high motivation and willingness to provide high quality product. A good candidate will be comfortable in a fast-delivery environment, and equally capable of designing complex yet efficient solutions to meet end-user requirements. Responsibilities:
* Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
* Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
* Write well designed, testable, efficient code
* Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
* Prepare and produce releases of software components
* Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
* Architect and implement microservices-based solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Be responsible of the full life cycle development of several key applications including: Technical and statistical research, design, coding and integration
Developing and integrating new and existing software as part of a large-scale system

Write high quality, functional code using C++/Rust development
Leverage our in-house autonomous tools to manage all development flow, from setting up our development environment to creating git branches and deploying services to production
Be the owner of your domain to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of our products
Manage and complete tasks using TDD, continuous integration and modern development processes
Coach and mentor other developers and help them elevate their skills while investing in your personal growth

* Design, develop, test and maintain code for modern embedded Linux based IOT devices, both in low level and system level development.
* Participate in architectural decisions and offer technical leadership to the development team.
* Lead projects end-to-end, including task planning, prioritization, and coordination across multiple developers and teams, reporting progress directly to the team leader.
* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Debug and troubleshoot software issues
* Work with adjacent teams such as software, integration, system, support and hardware.
