What you will be doing:

Investigate opportunities to improve communication performance by identifying bottlenecks in today's systems.

Build proofs-of-concept, conduct experiments, and perform quantitive modeling to evaluate and drive new innovations.

This is a critical role, facilitating communication and product adoption by the Office of the CTO and other field teams by working closely with our R&D teams to bring product development advances to the field.
