* Own and lead the product lifecycle for a strategic B2C solution.
* Work in a matrix team environment, managing the development tasks for backend & frontend developers, QA (manual & automation), and a system analyst.
* Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and development plans.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define scope and prioritize work in alignment with company goals.
* Ensure delivery is on time and on spec – while also keeping an eye on what’s next.
* Serve as the product’s "source of truth" – maintaining clarity, transparency, and momentum even under pressure.
Requirements: What You Bring Must-Haves:
* 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
* Hands-on experience managing cross-functional tech teams.
* Strong technical orientation – able to understand and challenge system flows and architecture.
* Experience working with System Analysts and translating business needs into technical specs.
* Comfortable working in tight timelines and delivery-focused environments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-Haves
* Background in financial products, insurance tech, or other regulated industries.
* Experience working in enterprise tech teams.
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure devOps.
* Past experience in QA, System analyst or software development (a bonus!).
