What youll do:

Requirements:
You have
5+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar role within the fintech, lending, capital markets, private credit, or related financial services - Must.
Mother tongue level of both English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must.
Experience in an organization like dv01 or similar fintech companies - Must.
Strong technical skills in SQL, data analysis, and the ability to work hands-on with engineering teams. Familiarity with FinTech platforms is an asset.
Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, database management, relevant regulations (e.g., SEC, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II) and risk management practices in capital markets and private credit.
Proven experience managing complex data products from ideation to execution and the ability translate market trends into actionable product insights and develop strategies that drive business results.
Ability to simplify and translate technical data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.

A plus if you have:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and other data-related tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, SnowFlake) and big data technologies.
