About the Job As a Product Manager specializing in the Public Safety domain, you will play a key role in defining and driving the strategy for LiveU’s solutions tailored to the unique needs of public safety organizations. You will take ownership of understanding this market, identifying customer needs, and developing a comprehensive roadmap to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in critical situations. You will be the organizational focal point for the public safety domain, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with customer expectations and business goals. Roles & Responsibilities
* · Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
* Conduct in-depth research to understand the public safety sector, its challenges, and trends.
* Develop a clear vision and strategic roadmap for LiveU’s public safety solutions.
* Customer-Centric Development:
* Translate customer and user needs into prioritized backlogs and product requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with public safety customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration of features and technologies.
* Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Operational Excellence:
* Oversee the successful delivery of public safety products and services, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
* Optimize customer-facing workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
* Go-to-Market Support:
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling materials and strategies for product launches.
Requirements: · At least 5 years of proven experience in outbound product management, specifically in B2B multi-discipline products. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and prioritize complex requirements. · Advantage: Knowledge or experience in video streaming technologies and/or public safety markets. · Advantage: combined experience with hardware and software products. · Passionate about solving customer challenges through innovative products. · Independent, self-driven, and creative with a "can-do" approach. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Fluency in English: verbal, written, and presentation skills. · A first degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, is preferred. · Willingness to travel abroad
