Requirements:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or related roles.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, etc.).
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and experience building reports/dashboards in Looker, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Experience optimizing lead flows, including lead routing, lead scoring, and data enrichment.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on execution, detail, and efficiency.
