Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our company's global digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for shaping and executing digital strategies that grow our company's online presence, engage both professional and consumer audiences, and support lead generation and business objectives. In addition to leading our core digital channels and campaigns, the Digital Marketing Manager will provide governance, support, and digital best practices to our subsidiaries and global partners, ensuring consistency and optimization across markets. The role includes the management of a small, skilled digital team comprising a Social Media Specialist, Website & backend Operator, and Marketing Automation Expert whose work the manager will actively guide and integrate into the overall strategy. This is a lead-by-doing role for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Digital Strategy Own our company's global digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, product, and business goals. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms to support product launches, brand initiatives, and lead generation. Provide digital governance, support, and guidance to our subsidiaries and global partners to ensure brand and strategy consistency worldwide. Collaborate closely with corporate, clinical, creative, and regional marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing digital campaigns. Manage and Optimize Digital Channels Oversee our company's corporate website, ensuring content relevance, UX optimization, and SEO performance. Manage our company's social media presence, content planning, and community engagement strategy. Lead digital advertising activities, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns, optimizing performance and budgets. Plan, build, and analyze Marketing Automation programs to nurture leads and improve customer journeys. Team Leadership and Development Directly manage and mentor a digital team of three, ensuring clear priorities, collaboration, and high-quality output: Social Media Specialist Website & backend Operator Marketing Automation Expert Balance leadership with personal accountability by remaining actively involved in the day-to-day strategy and execution. Campaign Performance & data Analysis Define KPIs, track digital marketing performance, and deliver regular insights and recommendations. Use analytics tools to continuously optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
