We are seeking a highly analytical and finance-savvy individual to join our product organization and serve as the critical link between our domain expertise and product execution. You will work directly with our CEO and Head of Platform to convert financial insight into structured product logic, risk models, and embedded decision-making tools.

This is not a content role or a data operations job. Its a strategic research & structuring position for someone who thrives on complex thinking, clear documentation, and cross-functional product development.

Youll sit at the intersection of finance, product, and data helping us build smarter, AI-enhanced infrastructure for currency risk and treasury workflows.



What Youll Be Doing

Lead the analysis and structuring of financial knowledge across FX risk domains: exposure types, hedging logic, policy triggers, thresholds.
Build structured documentation that feeds product design, data architecture, and internal logic libraries.
Work with internal experts to distill high-level knowledge into usable product and decision-making flows.
Support the development of real-time logic engines for client segmentation, exposure identification, and policy recommendations.
Contribute to simulation and modeling frameworks around exposure risk, hedging efficiency, and decision impact.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate research, extract patterns, summarize frameworks, and validate approaches.
Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and developers to ensure logic is implemented correctly.

The Head of FP&A will manage a small team and work closely with the CFO and CEO, delivering clear financial insights, protecting revenue, and preventing leakage.

This is a highly strategic and operational role in a fast-scaling fintech infrastructure company.

1. Financial Control & Monitoring

Build and operate a control system across all financial transactions both company-side and client-side
Monitor the flow of client funds, FX deals, commissions, and treasury activity
Identify discrepancies, risks, errors, and inefficiencies in financial flows
2. Client Funds Oversight

Establish rigorous controls to track, reconcile, and protect customer money
Ensure daily visibility on client balances across internal systems and external accounts
3. Operational Cost Controls

Build an auditing framework to monitor fees charged by banks, processors, and liquidity providers
Identify supplier overcharges, hidden fees, and cost inefficiencies
4. Revenue Integrity & Billing Assurance

Validate that all client-side billing mechanisms (product, platform, manual) are working as expected
Ensure no client is undercharged, overcharged, or missed entirely
Partner with product and tech teams to audit pricing engines and automate alerts
5. Strategic FP&A & Investor Reporting

Build and maintain budgeting models, cash forecasts, and P&L analyses
Own internal dashboards for executive decision-making
Maintain the companys financial data room and investor-ready materials
Generate clear, sharp monthly/quarterly reporting packages for management and board

We are looking for a highly intelligent, disciplined, and methodical FX Trader to join our core execution team. This is not a proprietary trading or Nostro desk role. The FX Trader will be responsible for executing client trades and company positions with precision, optimal pricing, and adherence to predefined risk methodologies. Youll be working directly with our liquidity providers, banks, and internal dealing desk, ensuring accuracy and control in every execution.



Key Responsibilities

Execute FX transactions for clients across multiple instruments: Spot, Forward, Swaps, Vanilla Options, and Structured Strategies.
Perform company-side FX trades with Tier-1 banks and liquidity providers.
Optimize pricing, manage slippage, and ensure best execution under time pressure.
Communicate in real time with banks and LPs via Bloomberg, chat, and phone.
Ensure full compliance with company methodology and pricing models.
Maintain clear records and trade logs with high attention to detail.
Collaborate with the internal dealing room and support audit requirements.

Lead budget planning, forecasting, tracking, monitoring, and financial analysis related to cloud services and infrastructure, following our tech and business needs.
Work with cross-functional teams (DevOps, R&D, Finance, Business) to analyze and optimize cloud infrastructure costs, with an AWS focus.
Develop and report on cloud cost performance metrics and dashboards using data visualization tools.
Work with Engineering, product management, and finance divisions to ensure we meet our goals.
Collaborate with technical and financial teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiency.

We are looking for a highly motivated Commission Analyst to join the Finance team. This role will be working cross-functionally with the Sales Org, HR, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and Sales Ops teams and will be responsible for commissions and bonus operations including variable compensations calculations, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate would bring with them 2-3+ years of Sales variable compensation experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The day-to-day:
Thoroughly understand and execute monthly calculations on all compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with the companys policy or practice.
Work globally across the business units and locations to serve as a POC for all commissions/MBO related matters.
Provide ongoing support and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions with the global sales teams.
Work closely with Human Resources to track changes in sales employee data for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and retroactive changes.
Working on implementing the commissions and other sales incentive plans in the relevant system.
Preparation of monthly accruals and reconciliations for commissions accounting.
Ad Hoc projects and requests, as needed.
