We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with a strong background in embedded systems, hardware solutions, software, firmware, B2B marketing technology and IoT solutions, with over 3 years of experience, expert in crafting product strategies, defining roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to the successful launch and management of products. You excel in understanding and addressing the needs of customers, implementing innovative technologies, and driving business growth.

About the position

In this role, you will fully own our top product lines, spearheading the entire product lifecycle from strategy formulation to execution. The role entails global, cross-functional collaboration, working closely with customers, and diverse internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet the company's business objectives. The focus will be on utilizing your technical acumen, product management expertise, and customer-centric approach to deliver market-leading solutions and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, industry trends, and company's business opportunities.

Manage product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL), including component phase-outs, engineering change notifications, pricing, revenue, and profit.

Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and added features.

Analyze customer requests, feedback, and insights to inform product improvements and innovation.

Facilitate internal processes across various departments to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Visit customers and subsidiaries to conduct market research and competitive analysis, informing the setting of short- and mid-term goals for the product roadmap.

Develop customer-specific solutions with pre-sales and post-sales technical support, feasibility verification, product proposals, and project management throughout the entire development process.

Work closely with marketing to develop product launch plans and create compelling marketing collateral, training materials for sales teams and customers.

Track product performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust plans to optimize product success.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager in global high-tech companies selling software and hardware solutions.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, take initiative, and deliver solid execution of responsibilities with excellent communication skills.

Strong technological and business background with a proven track record and ability to execute.

Experience in system design and architecture is an advantage.

Proven analytical skills and decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative data.

Experience in writing product feature definition documentations (PRS/MRD), user flows, screen mockups.

Ability to manage cross organization projects as the focal point between sales, account managers, R&D, engineering and operations.

Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English, enabling leading meetings with global teams and customers.

Proven ability to analyze the market, competitors, and trends to inform product strategies.

Willingness and ability to travel customer sites.

Experience in the Automotive business and payment industry is an advantage.

As a Tier 3 Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our products. You will work closely with other members of the Technical Support team, as well as with product development and engineering teams, to identify and resolve product issues.

Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth understanding of our embedded products and their integration within customer environments.

Provide Tier 3 technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues and troubleshooting problems related to embedded products.

Take a leading part in building and maintaining an internal LAB for Customer Support needs.

Investigate, simulate and analyze technical issues, identifying root causes.

Collaborate with other technical support engineers, QA and product development teams to resolve recurring issues and improve product quality.

Document technical solutions and knowledge base articles for future reference.

Interact directly with customers to understand and diagnose their technical challenges.

Communicate effectively to guide customers through issue resolution and ensure a positive experience.

Training Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the training kit, ensuring it is up to date with the latest product features and best practices.

Conduct training sessions for internal teams, customers, or partners as needed.

Continuously improve training materials based on feedback and product updates.

Travel abroad: Customer On-Site visits according to needs (up to 4 times a year).
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, with a strong focus on embedded systems.
Experience with Linux and Windows OS environments.
Experience with Embedded Linux (user space development and debugging, Yocto, Buildroot, low-level drivers).
Exposure to embedded system architectures and standards.
Experience with communication protocols and interfaces; Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, USB.
Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
Experience with remote support tools.
Proficiency in spoken and written English at a high level - Mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organized and excited about technology.

Additional Skills:
Deep familiarity with EMBEDDED LINUX, RTOS such as MQX and multi-threading Applications.

Experience with:
SW (C/C++) on embedded platforms
RFID systems
Wireless communication (WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee)
Vehicle CAN BUS, OBD diagnostics
Serial communications - RS232/RS485
