Required Automation Team Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage an automation team of automation engineers. 
Responsibility for the overall quality of the IoT/OT security & SaaS integrations products
Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy for complex services 
Lead the development of automated test code, ensuring they achieve maximum test coverage and efficiency. 
Collaborate with software development leads to identify key areas for automation and prioritize test cases while managing dependencies. 
Mentor and guide test automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
Track the progress of test automation development, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to meet excellent quality of our products 
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies. 

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a vital role in our DSP scrum team, collaborating closely with the Engineering department to deliver cutting-edge security and identity products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for new features.
Manage and improve our automation infrastructure, including overseeing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
You will build and execute automation test cases and test suites 70% and up of your time.
You will be responsible of building and executing manual testing up to 30% of your time
Collaborating with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to identify system requirements.
Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities within the scrum team
and with the automation team.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.

As an Automation Engineer, you will be a key player in enhancing our existing automation frameworks and driving the creation of innovative new automation solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of our services, which play a vital role in transforming senior care through AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Extend and optimize automation frameworks to support scalable, reliable testing across platforms.
Build robust mobile automation solutions from the ground up.
Design and implement end-to-end batch testing to ensure system-wide reliability.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans with clear documentation in Confluence and Jira.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align automation strategies with business goals.
Continuously refine automation workflows for efficiency and minimal manual effort, leveraging tools like Playwright and JavaScript.
