We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Paid Acquisition to oversee and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns, driving pipeline growth by segment and region through data-driven acquisition strategies. This role requires a proven track record in managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns within B2B SaaS environments at scale, including large ARR goals and managed budgets, as well as strong leadership abilities to guide a team of campaign managers toward performance excellence.
What you will do..
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging data-driven paid acquisition strategies to drive user acquisition, conversions, and pipeline growth, with SQLs as the primary KPI across segments and regions.
Revamp search (Google, Bing) and paid social strategies (LinkedIn, Meta) to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency, while exploring new opportunities for expansion.
Manage budgets efficiently, optimizing bids, targeting, and placements to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid acquisition campaign managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

Collaborate with conversion optimization teams, website, creative performance, and revenue operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and maximize impact.

Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in paid acquisition campaign management, specializing in Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing within a B2B SaaS environment.
3+ years of experience leading and managing a team, with a proven ability to mentor and develop talent.
Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth through strategic paid search and social initiatives and building strategic media plans.
Proven ability to conduct market research and translate findings into actionable campaign and marketing strategies.
Experience in A/B testing, CRO techniques, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
Hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns across global markets.
