As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Program Manager with a strong background in building, growing and leading program management for SaaS products to join our team.

Program managers at AppsFlyer bring clarity and visibility to the entire organization by applying effective processes, defining best practices, continuously identifying gaps and pushing to improve them.

The Growth Platform unit is responsible both for SaaS features that all Appsflyer customers use on a daily basis and for premium products such as security packages and Audiences.
Our SaaS feature contain Domain data, Authentication, Permissions, and many more
Other than SaaS, Growth Platform is responsible for self-serve features for SMB (license renewals, Ask AI ) Analytics & dashboards (including FE infrastructure).
We use AI and Big data analytics at the heart of our product.

Youll be responsible for leading the program management practices, defining KPIs and metrics and orchestrating large-scale cross teams projects and processes. This is a key position and the ideal candidate has a blend of a deep understanding in development methodologies, technical knowledge, communications skills, program management know-how and project coordination skills across large organizations.

You will work closely with multiple key stakeholders across the company through all levels, including both engineering and product side.

What youll do:
Be a part of the unit leadership and facilitate PR&D strategy and methodologies definition.
Lead (hands on) complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your program management expertise.
Be part of our program management guild aim to shape and align our software delivery processes.
Define and implement the unit metrics and KPIs.
Coach our teams for excellence using agile methodologies and make sure they know that they are on track.
Facilitate the unit Quarterly planning and QPR process.
Own the design guild processes, as part of the software lifecycle management.
Own different processes that relate to customer experience, such as Product localization, Pendo, etc.

Own and execute our whole product launch process
Understands the basic and advanced agile methodologies and knows how to apply them from knowledge and experience that fits us, pillar and/or teams.
Owns pillar/squad specific reporting on progress, roadmap updates, internal metrics, risk management, communication plan, go-to-market activities and hold people accountable to ensure business goals are met
Lead initiatives/projects by staying aligned on scope, business goals, operational model and securing cross-functional alignment
Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Explore unique new opportunities to solve problems
Lead and facilitate key stakeholder meetings such as; pillar/squad/scrum team leadership syncs, initiative kickoffs, go-to-market kickoffs, agile ceremonies; such as retrospectives, sprint plannings
Participate in weekly Program Management team meetings to share learnings and improvements.
