* Develop complex and exciting systems in a multi processors environment.
* Developing on various micro-controllers and dealing with various RT constraints.
* Ownership of a project\product from end to end- from concept and simulation, through development and integration and field deployment.
* Building complex simulations integrating SW and HW.

The Embedded control teams develop SW products that create the basic building blocks of the SolarEdge system and deal with various fields - power conversion algorithmic, communication algorithmic, optimizations, RT problems on different platforms - DSPs, Company’s ASIC and digital controlled power converters for photo-voltaic power systems. Our technological challenges taking part in the following fields: power electronics, digital close loop control and digital signal processing algorithms implemented on company’s microprocessors. * Design, develop, test and maintain code for modern embedded Linux based IOT devices, both in low level and system level development.

What will you be doing: The Analog Engineer will be involved in developing cutting-edge products for the solar market. They will be responsible for designing and developing versatile electronic circuits (both analog and digital), conducting simulations and testing, and ensuring the product is ready for mass production. Our products involves: digital and high power hardware design, mechanical solutions and software design and development. The position includes interfaces with R&D groups in Israel and abroad. What you will be doing:
* The engineer will deal with board design (both analog and digital), electrical testing and electrical debug
* The position requires a good understanding of board design and tools, including high voltage/current and RF.
* The HW engineer will get a deep understanding of both the electrical circuits, full SolarEdge system and how mass production works.
* The job contains close work with R&D/Embedded/Engineering and Production teams. Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electrical engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Board and PCBA or system design.
* Experience in Analog and/or Power electronics designs (DC/DC topologies design, Analog circuits design, Noise and Signal integrity concerns.
* Meticulousness and excellent organizational skills
* Experience working with lab equipment, for ex. Spectrum, Scope, Electronic Loads
* Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
* Good computer skills
* High skills in English, speaking and writing
