A leading startup, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team to improve the end-to-end product features and align the R&D solution to the company's business needs and overcome new technology challenges. Our solution is based on Java, Go, and React. A SaaS multi-tenancy solution based on microservices architecture. We are working in Agile with TDD/BDD and extreme programming processes to complete the end-to-end lifecycle of CI/CD. We're looking for you, to lead the next generation of our product.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will
Be fully Hands-On in designing, implementing, and executing both manual and automated tests (Preferred in Java) to ensure test completeness.
Test in fast-paced environments and are highly skilled at deep-diving into complex problems to identify their root cause.
Optimizing quality processes, such as test planning, test case design & review
Establish a culture of quality by driving continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies working closely with development teams and product team.

As a Senior QA Engineer at Sensi.AI, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our systems that empower every senior to safely age in place through care intelligence. You will design and execute test plans for our AI-driven, web and mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development and product teams to align testing with features and timelines, contributing to early planning and ongoing quality checks.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans using Confluence, Jira, and Xray, covering manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and APIs.
Investigate edge cases, validate client-server interactions, and ensure robustness through detailed test coverage.
Monitor results, report issues, and support resolution throughout the development lifecycle, continuously improving QA processes.
Support the team in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving quality issues throughout the development lifecycle and production issues..
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.

As a Senior QA Engineer you will be part of a QA team, designated to validate the quality of our products and make sure we deliver amazing & amazingly reliable products.

What Youll Do:
Be involved in all stages of development - from brainstorming, planning, testing, and production.
Work closely with engineering and product teams.
Develop test scenarios and documentation. Create and write test plans and test cases.
Write automated tests using in-house test tools.
Manual testing on a wide variety of environments.
Identify and reproduce bugs.
Provide feedback on product quality and user experience.
Set up and maintain test environments.
