We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Integration Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation and optimization projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project leadership, a deep understanding of manufacturing environments, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines to drive successful implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering. Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP system capabilities. Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues. Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions. Manage relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants. Qualifications: Proven experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in a multidisciplinary environment. Requirements:
B.Sc. in industrial engineering with information systems as a major
CPA an advantage
5+ years of experience in the FIN domain as a system analyst / SME / business analyst
5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP system (EBS/Cloud) implementation. Cloud an advantage
Previous experience in ERP consultant companies - an advantage
Basic knowledge of Priority system an advantage
Experience with Global companies- an advantage
Strong communicator with both business users and technical project staff

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs
Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Consultant) an advantage
