We are seeking a Director Of Growth Marketing.
As the Director of Growth, you will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Reporting to the VP, Revenue Marketing, this is a high-impact managerial position within the marketing team, and you will be responsible for overseeing both SEO and paid media channels, managing significant budgets, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What will you actually be doing?
SEO team management:
Lead and mentor the internal SEO team, providing strategic guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
Paid Media Management:
Manage relationships with external paid media agencies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Collaborate with agencies to develop and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Effectively communicate business objectives and provide feedback to ensure campaign success.
Manage and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
Innovation in growth strategies:
Spearhead innovation initiatives within the growth team, exploring new and creative ways to acquire and retain users.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to inform growth strategies.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Analytics and Reporting:
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and paid media.
3+ years of experience leading a team - Must
Proven track record of driving growth in a similar managerial capacity.
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing SEO and paid media strategies, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
Demonstrated success in managing significant budgets and achieving measurable results.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and the latest industry trends.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

The Marketing Content Manager will lead the ontent strategy while playing a key role in developing, implementing, and executing integrated communication programs.

Demonstrate acute attention to detail, as well as robust organizational and project management capabilities.
Requirements:
Proven track record of developing and directing influential worldwide branding and communication plans.
Experience managing internal and external resources like freelancers and creative agencies to drive results, ensuring messages are communicated consistently and effectively.
6-8 years experience in PR/communications, and content strategy roles, ideally in a global Enterprise SaaS/B2B organization and/or Fintech startups
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following (or an equivalent): English, Communication, Marketing Banking, Communications, and/or Public Relations
Experience using WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce is a plus.
High level of English - a must
