Why should you be a content reviewer?
The regional lead will be responsible for creating a content review process that will enable the regions advertisers to scale in the fastest and frictionless manner. The role will include leveraging the policy knowledge and playing a critical client facing role ensuring our advertisers understands, adopts and utilizes the policy guidelines among their BoB. The Regions Lead will strive to nurture a successful and productive CRT-advertisers relationship that will improve the content review process in line with our strategic goals
What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
demonstrate ownership for own market, constantly seek and identify policy opportunities within the region.
Have a deep understanding of the regions advertisers objectives (strategic customers, opportunities, pain points etc.) and report all regions metrics including insights and course of action.
Nurture long term relationships with regions AMs to promote quality content on the web.
Improving processes and aligning with different functions and efforts in operations, following and ensuring execution and meeting personal KPIs to ensure the success of your local market.
Analyze the regions trends, pain points and opportunities and lead new processes and initiatives according to data
Evaluate and forecast local region needs by collecting stakeholders feedback, experience and insights on the overall experience working with the content review team
Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the regions SLA, approval rate, # of campaigns in the pre approval list QoQ.
Conduct policy and content review related training to clients when needed
cooperate with Quality lead to ensure high content quality and reduce inconsistencies in respective region
Cooperate with other Regional Leads to analyze overall trends and identify overarching pain points and opportunities to work on QoQ.
Requirements:
A highly analytical and critical thinker. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain organized.
Sensitivity to the day-to-day of a advertiser AMs and the nature of addressing policy violations
An understanding of the core KPIs of the online advertising industry

We seek an experienced performance marketer/ demand generation lead, to manage our growing team of performance marketing specialists. Together, the team plans, builds, and executes various paid campaigns, across all relevant platforms and channels. Supporting various B2B solutions and audiences, the Demand Generation Lead will be tasked with strategizing and running the best campaigns to meet the different KPIs each B2B business unit has, while working closely with sales, marketing and other central teams.
What youll be doing:
Own all B2B paid campaigns including Merchant/Marketplace, globally, ensuring they are implemented efficiently and with best practices built in.
Design, define and build the entire user acquisition strategy across regions, products, platforms and audiences: sales-led and/or product-led.
Hire, manage and train professionals to manage all paid channels- PPC, paid publications, content syndication and others, while acting as a coach-player: hands-on running campaigns and owning them fully.
Optimize and report on all paid activities, finding and solving leaks in the funnel, and suggesting ways to improve our customer acquisition campaigns.
Make sure all campaigns assets from ad copy and creatives to website and forms are updated, optimized and set for success.
Work closely with local Sales teams to align on the best acquisition strategy based on their needs. Building a robust feedback loop, making sure SLAs are met, and deals are handled in a timely manner.
Work closely with other B2B marketing teams to come up with a holistic approach to customer acquisition.
Work closely with local and central teams on the creatives, messages, deliverables and localization of all required campaign assets.
Set KPIs across all demand gen channels and develop monthly reports on activities and tests that can be presented to operational teams against these KPIs and wider company objectives.
Create A/B testing cycles to maximize campaign performance.
Requirements:
At least some years of experience managing large-scale acquisition teams in a B2B tech/SaaS environment.
At least some years of experience as a PPC manager, and/or media buying in a global internet company and/or well-known agency.
A track record of delivering outstanding results and generating sales.
Deep knowledge and expertise on various PPC platforms- Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as direct media buying, Intent platforms, ABM platforms, content syndication, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing: website, UX, content, creatives development, lead generation, scoring, nurturing, email marketing.
Analytical thinker, methodological, ROI oriented, but also have the ability to see the big picture and think strategically.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and fact-based decision-making skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks to maximize impact and meet KPIs.

We have a multidisciplinary design studio made up of interaction designers, content designers, researchers, and a storytelling team. The all-up studio has people with different skills and backgrounds who are located in three different regions US, India, and Israel. Your product team will be located in our Herzliya and Tel Aviv sites in Israel. We supports hybrid work.

Responsibilities:
Use language as design material: Planning, crafting, and refining names and terms, messaging and content, UX flows, and in-product languagetesting, validating, and adapting for the next iteration.
Contribute to a coherent vision and experience strategy.
Align business, brand, naming, messaging, and design strategies using your expertise across the broad domain of customer communications inside or outside of us.
Work within design systems: People will seek you out for answers on our brand voice, content style standards, terminology, common UI and interaction patterns, feature naming, and more.
Support multiple product areas. This requires context switching and supreme time management skills, diplomatically juggling and prioritizing multiple design, product management, and engineering teams, all while streamlining processes and looking for efficiencies.
Able to work autonomously and know when to reach out for help. Use and build on existing our company, Cloud+AI, and Industry Cloud style guidance, and be able to define product-specific guidance where necessary.
Create processes, tools, frameworksbuild a content design practice. This is a new role, so you get to educate designers, engineers, and product managers about how to work with a content designer.
In addition to collaborating with UX research and conducting heuristic reviews, youll need to run content and terminology research using online tools and in-person conversations with customers.

Qualifications:
4+ years of combined experience in content-focused rolesincluding 2+ years as a product-focused content strategist, content designer, or UX writer.
Demonstrated experience crafting product user interfaces across a range of platforms such as desktop, cloud services, and mobile.
A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions is a requirement for application. (Either upload your portfolio with your application or include a link to it on your resume or LinkedIn profile.)
