Position Overview:

Data Exploration: Delve into complex datasets to uncover patterns and insights,

Rigorous Testing: Conduct testing, validating robustness and reliability, and document your findings for stakeholder review.

Internship Duration:
6-month period, adaptable to academic commitments and project demands.
Part-time position at 80% of full-time.

When it comes to understanding business, products, and technology, our NOC Engineers have a high level of production pipelines orientation. This role requires the ability to prioritize and multitask, solve problems on the spot and manage incidents professionally with CS and R&D.

Role:
Our NOC Engineers monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively manage customer engagements through technical analysis and outstanding communication skills in multiple channels. Successful NOC Engineers will also come equipped with proven analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to stay level-headed and comply with tight deadlines.
NOC team grows fast and achieves constant recognition for self-operations and problem-solving. This requires a basic background in cloud providers and client-server protocols.

Come Join us as a member of the Technical Support Team , where you will take part in facilitating and managing technical support and monitoring.
Main Responsibilities:
Being part of our customer facing team responsible for technical support and troubleshooting
Working in a 24/7 support hours' shifts
Gathering detailed technical information as needed and investigating issues to solve problems, evaluate and escalate priority issues as needed.
Spotting common trends and underlying problems
Providing reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for customers
Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
Working closely with our developers and technical teams to solve customers problems efficiently and improve our product
Creatively suggest and build software work-around solutions, including occasional scripting/ coding and customizations
Part and full-time/ weekends position available

* Assume responsibility for different software engineering tasks
* Participate in the company's frontend guild meetings, learn and contribute to the knowledge base of other experienced engineers.
* Design and implement solutions with React, TypeScript and other cutting-edge UI technologies.
