Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Define data architecture to organize data storage based on use requirements.
Communicate with customers to determine requirements.
Define epics, user stories, functional and technical requirements, and specifications; thoroughly explore APIs to learn what exists and to make recommendations to the development team.
Plan for major design elements by creating wireframes that communicate visual requirements and design to the customer and the development team.
Write functional specifications that accurately reflect the customer's needs and are easy for the development team to understand; conduct code reviews.
Create and execute test plans to verify functionality and minimize release issues.
Manage projects implementing eCommerce solutions for our customers so well that they become raving fans!
Collaborate with team members and customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work.
Hold weekly meetings with clients to report progress, taking notes and documenting action items.
Create project timelines and help schedule team members effectively.

As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a Product Analyst to join the data group in our product department.

What your day will look like:
Collaborate with members of the Product, Engineering and Data teams to improve business decisions using data, identify process improvement opportunities.
Assist the product team in improving presented value, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Initiate analyses and generate reports to assist with feature tracking, experiments, and product/platform health monitoring.
Extract and analyze data coming from our product, using different data platforms and tools (Snowflake, Python, etc.).
From your analysis, generate content and configurations that would then be loaded into our production engines to deliver improved customer value.
Present key findings to stakeholders across the company in order to drive business and product decisions.
Explore new and unmapped data domains that can push our product and customer value forward.
Become the focal point for all data related matters in your projects, own and manage multiple data projects on an on-going and an ad-hoc basis.
Develop automated solutions to collect and extract data from external sources to accelerate manual operations.

So, what will you be doing all day?
Collect, process, and analyze large amounts of data (specifically marketing, sales, operations & CS) to identify trends, patterns and insights with different stakeholders (Israel and US).
Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
Develop and maintain data models and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Monitor and maintain data quality, identify data inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing Power BI solutions.
Help onboard new data consumers and orient them to Power BI.
Perform data quality audits, identify data collection issues, suggest improvements, and help implement fixes.
Support the documentation and implementation of data quality policies, standards, procedures, definitions and dictionaries.
Establish standardized data loading templates and proceses.
Validate data loads, cleanse or reject, and load into Salesforce within an SLA.
Light Salesforce admin duties like onboarding and offboarding users.
