Additionally, you will take on the role of mentor and leader for the Content Team, guiding them in crafting engaging and informative content across diverse marketing channels. Furthermore, you will be tasked with enhancing the team's AI capacity, optimizing AI tool effectiveness, and elevating the quality of our production processes. You will monitor content performance and make data -driven recommendations for improvements. Leadership and Collaboration: You will play a dual role as both a leader and mentor, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration among your team members. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing campaigns seamlessly align with the overarching objectives of our company. Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
