What youll do:
Track and monitor repair processes with service partners
Create and maintain operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends
Act as first-line support for system issues and partner queries
Ensure compliance with process standards and conduct trainings when needed
Requirements: What were looking for:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint
Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems
Strong attention to detail organizational skills
English- Must
