The Payroll Manager role will lead all aspects of Israel payroll for 1,500+ employees across both sites - Yavne and Migdal HaEmek.
*This is a hybrid role that requires regular presence at both locations, and the ability to work closely with teams on-site in Yavne and Migdal HaEmek.
- Lead all aspects of Israel payroll for 1500+ employees ensuring accuracy, compliance and outstanding service goals are consistently met.
- Develop and supervise day-to-day work of 3 payroll staff, including providing direction for tasks, coordinating priorities and resources, and providing mentorship on performance and development opportunities.
- Identify and implement payroll process improvements and best practices.
- Reconcile and maintain payroll records. Audit payroll data changes to ensure validity and accuracy of approved transactions.
- Review payroll journal entries, perform GL mapping, perform payroll related account analysis and reconcile payroll related general ledger accounts monthly.
- Leads preparation of relevant reports.
- Support external audit requests and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements: - Certified Payroll Accountant.
- Proficiency in Hilan.
- Above 10+ years of payroll experience, with at least 5 years in managerial role.
- Proficiency in excel.
- strong organizational skills.
- ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP an advantage.
