Job responsibilities include:

Lead the Control related scope as Subject Mater Expert for all EMED Facilities Engineering projects, working with the different Project Managers to achieve Business goals.

Identifies and captures opportunities for improving the safety, reliability, profitability, and operability of the business unit through process control improvements.

Trains personnel on the effective use of process control applications and systems.

Develops and reviews relevant engineering and construction execution documents in support of the MOC (Management Of Change Process) including workpacks, control philosophies, Cause and Effects diagrams, P&IDs, etc.

Participates and contributes to safety reviews (HazOps, LOPA, etc.).

Participates in Alarm Management Activities including Alarm Rationalization and AOAs.

Reviews EPC Contractor deliverables and ensure consistency with Design Specification for assigned facilities.

Support the development and review of FAT, SAT procedures and checklists.

Drives project execution schedules within operating requirements and company business objectives.

Proactively lead cross-functional efforts to tangibly drive business results by developing optimization solutions, defect elimination, and root cause analysis investigations.

Monitors project financial performance within planned company budget and overall business outcomes

Sales Enablement Manager
What will you do?
Sales Enablement is part of our Field Enablement organization and is a critical component of the companys growth strategy. As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will be focused on contributing to our sales enablement operations and administering, maintaining, and extending the underlying platforms and content that support its global sales and customer success organizations. You will be designing and presenting world-class onboarding and educational materials, with the goal of improving sales productivity to drive greater revenue. You will also be working hand in hand with Sales Management to provide Account Executives with guidance on critical topics such as pricing and negotiation, building processes and content to better achieve sales excellence.

Gather feedback on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs. Regularly interface with managers, sales reps, and customer success personnel to understand the field reality and build enablement deliverables that educate and address knowledge and skill gaps.
Administer sales tools (e.g. Gong, ZoomInfo) and train sales personnel in their use.
