Were looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy team member to help manage and improve our Customer Care AI chatbot. You'll maintain the chatbot, enhance workflows and prompts, monitor performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth, optimized experience for both users and agents.
What am I going to do?:
* Maintain and manage the AI chatbot instructional conversations
* Optimize workflows and prompts to improve deflection rate and CSAT
* Manage and monitor AI agent behaviors and logic
* Monitor and analyze conversations and chatbot performance metrics
* Collaborate with customer-facing and product teams to align AI behavior with business goals
* Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in AI, automation, and chatbot best practices
* Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation

Requirements: * 1+ years experience with chatbot tools and AI prompting (Forethought is a plus)
* Experience working with APIs to retrieve and store data ; otherwise, a strong ability to learn and adapt to working with APIs
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented and data -driven
* Comfortable in fast-paced, tech-focused environments
* Strong organizational and collaboration skills
* Proactive, curious, and driven by ownership and improvement
* Team player with a collaborative mindset
* Familiarity with Zendesk admin features and support ops is a plus
