Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Web developers including mentorship, technical guidance, and career growth.
Plan, build, and maintain scalable, modern Web systems.
Translate business needs into technological solutions acting as a bridge between tech and business.
Work directly with clients present ideas, manage expectations, and drive trust and satisfaction.
Take ownership in dynamic environments prioritize effectively, make critical decisions, and manage risks.
Support recruitment efforts: interview candidates, onboard new hires, and guide them through ramp-up.
Stay on top of new technologies and trends; lead tech innovation within the team.
Be hands-on when needed review code, troubleshoot, and set coding standards.
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Web development required.
2+ years of experience as a team lead or tech lead required.
Strong proficiency with modern Web technologies:
React
Node.js / TypeScript / JavaScript
REST APIs / Microservices / Web Services
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) a strong advantage.
Strong coding skills, code review experience, and high attention to code quality.
Deep passion for technology naturally curious, always learning, always experimenting.
Business-savvy mindset able to understand the "why" behind the "what".
Excellent communication skills fluent in both written and spoken English (and Hebrew, if needed).
