Proven track record building and scaling B2C and/or B2SMB financial products
Proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing mobile financial products
Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations and compliance frameworks
Strong understanding of U.S. financial frameworks - advantage (not mandatory)
Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership skills
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
MBA or advanced degree - advantage.
