* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to bring ideas to life.
* Build next-generation web applications focused on User Experience and scale.
* Create efficient and reusable Front-End abstractions and systems, while adopting AI-powered tools that accelerate UI development (e.g., Figma-to-code generation).
* Craft secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services, and contribute to decisions around how AI/MCP capabilities are exposed across microservices.
* Lead architecture design, implementation, and monitoring of solutions.
* Perform code reviews, drive engineering best practices, and help the team adopt AI tools that boost productivity and improve Developer experience.
* Champion modern technologies - including AI integrations, MCP patterns, observability, and automation - to push our engineering organization forward.

We are seeking a great developer who is experienced with JavaScript / TypeScript and React.js

As a full stack developer -

You will deal with the entire development-chain, Client/Server integration, source control & more.
You will be following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux) using HTML and CSS.
You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you will:

Build scalable, E2E, enterprise-grade solutions for biggest customers.

Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Full Stack Developer, where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. Utilizing your expertise in Node.js and React, you will work on cutting-edge projects that drive our company's success and deliver outstanding user experiences.

What Youll do:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, architects, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Architect and implement new features and enhancements, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.

As the lead in our R&D department, youll not only contribute to the development of cutting-edge features but also mentor and manage engineers to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience for bus drivers using our products. You will oversee technical decisions across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Youll collaborate closely with our tech leads, PMs, Design, and other tech teams. In addition to hands-on coding, youll prioritize and delegate tasks, drive the teams technical strategy, and ensure the delivery of high-quality features with reliability and performance as core focuses.

Our global team will include you as a Team Lead plus 6 Full Stack Engineers, a Product Manager, and a Product Designer, all collaborating cross-functionally to deliver cross group and products solutions.

Rich and diverse tech stack and system architecture to optimize for performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost efficiency. We use mostly Scala and TypeScript, among others.
Working in a very high-traffic environment (2.2 billion users per month, 100 billion events per day) with low latency and high availability constraints (2 million requests per second, responses in less than 150 milliseconds).
Management of large datasets with milliseconds order of magnitude access time, to compute in a near real-time complex auction resolution algorithm (18 million predictions per second).
A fast-changing environment where we continuously collaborate with Product teams and constantly adapt our Cloud infrastructure for new features and Products.
Bring a wide diversity of profiles to the same level of quality and knowledge
Work in an international environment with offices located in Israel, Slovenia and France.
What will you do?
As a Senior Full Stack - Frontend Oriented your mission will be to:
Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to research, develop, and deploy experiments, features and enhancements with a high impact on our global revenue.
Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably.
Work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and other teams to frame projects and be accountable for their execution.
Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to clients.
Be a work facilitator and help communication inside and outside.
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures. If they can solve a problem we have, propose ways to implement them into our current software engineering process.

About the Performance Campaign Team:
We are a team of engineers focusing on making the Performance Campaigns for our customers efficient, easy to use, and powerful. Our mission is to:
Enhance operational efficiency for our customers and our internal operations team using our Ad Manager for Performance (mid & low funnel) campaigns
Ensuring the scale and the robustness of the Performance pipeline to handle attribution from publisher to advertiser websites/apps
Build innovative solutions to help our customers achieve new goals and/or better KPIs (CTV Performance, Dynamic Product Ads, DCO, etc.)
Develop robust and safe code that is directly embedded in the advertiser's website, plus the additional tooling to help this integration
Enhance our capacity by building new features or bridging features within our new global platform.
