Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven experience in automation testing and integration testing, with leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
At least 2-3 years experience in Python (object-oriented and scripting), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Agile/DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
Familiarity with RF testing and measurement techniques (e.g., VSGs, SAs, calibration).

Requirements:
B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from a recognized university.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in radio-based systems, with at least 2 years in a role such as a communication systems engineer, communication algorithms engineer, RF engineer, or a firmware engineer focused on system-level issues.
Hands-on experience in research and development of communication protocols, such as operating RF test equipment, activating sniffers and analyzing their LOGs, analyzing system LOGs.
Hands-on experience in a scripting language, like Python, JavaScript or MATLAB.
Deep understanding of multidisciplinary communication systems.
Team player with excellent communication skills, ability to lead tasks within the company and the desire to take on diverse challenges.
Advantage: Knowledge in common wireless protocols.

Requirements:
BSc in computer science or related field.

7 or more years of software development out of which 3 are in NodeJS backend.

2 or more years of solid experience with cloud computing. Preferably AWS.

Strong HO developer. Good understanding of design patterns and development methodologies.

Proficiency in: NodeJS backend, AWS, MongoDB, Redis, Microservices.

Effective written and verbal English to communicate with our international team.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions

* 3+ years of experience in software/product development or R&D environments.
* 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in Agile software development.
* Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

* Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
* Ability to create and present formal documentation and templates
