Were seeking a Product Manager with a sharp focus on acquisition, onboarding, and A/B testingsomeone who thrives on data-driven growth and seamless user experiences. Youll play a critical role in shaping and executing the vision for our products, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences for both travelers and internal teams. You will build a lot of A/B tests, analyze conversion trends, and segment our traffic to different experiences per the needs of that segment. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders including R&D, design, growth, marketing, communications, CX to drive innovation, solve real user problems, and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of travelers.
Responsibilities
Lead Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch of your own product squad, managing sprints to drive impactful product releases.
Run and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to improve customer experience and learn more about our users.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior and app data to inform product direction and optimize the customer journey.
Define Clear Specs: Write detailed specifications and requirements for the development teams, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
User-Centric Research: Conduct user research to uncover pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and create solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and market trends, ensuring product alignment with business goals.
Performance Metrics: Define key metrics to measure product success and continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across departments to ensure smooth integrations and feature launches, fostering collaboration between R&D, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements: 5+ years in Product Management with a strong track record of launching successful web products, mobile applications, and back-office systems in a B2C environment.
Analytical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as MixPanel, FullStory, or similar to drive informed product decisions.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-focused tech products aimed at the American market.
Agile Leadership: Expertise in agile processes and working with global, cross-functional teams in collaborative environments.
Third-Party Coordination: Proven ability to manage third-party integrations and ensure seamless feature releases.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Self-Starter: Demonstrated initiative, with a bias for action and the ability to work independently.
