At Justt, you’ll partner with product, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams to build technology that sits at the core of modern payments, and has a direct, measurable impact on the bottom line for some of the biggest companies in the world We are looking for a senior Product Designer to join our design team and take a key role in shaping complex, multi-area product experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who is comfortable working across multiple product areas in parallel, thrives in complexity, and knows how to lead design solutions with confidence while collaborating closely with product and engineering partners. You will own the design of meaningful product initiatives end to end, elevate design quality and product thinking, and help reduce delivery bottlenecks by driving clarity, structure, and strong execution. Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end design processes across multiple product areas, from solution definition through UX flows, UI design, delivery, and iteration
* Lead design solutions for complex systems and workflows, translating product requirements into clear, intuitive experiences
* Challenge product decisions thoughtfully and constructively, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with Product Managers
* Apply user-centered thinking and choose the right research and usability methods based on context, scope, and impact
* Lead usability testing and validate design assumptions when needed
* Produce high-quality UX and UI with strong attention to detail, consistency, and usability
* Apply, maintain, and evolve the Design System, and contribute to improving design workflows and tooling, including the use of advanced and AI-assisted tools when relevant
* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, feasible, and well-implemented designs
* Help elevate design standards, product thinking, and delivery quality across the organization

Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex systems
* Strong UX skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and workflows
* High-quality UI execution with a strong sense of hierarchy, consistency, and detail
* Proven experience working with Design Systems and contributing to their evolution
* Solid product thinking and the ability to challenge and influence product decisions
* Experience with user research and usability testing, with the ability to choose appropriate methods pragmatically
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and move forward in situations of partial clarity
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Managers and engineers
* Comfortable working fast while maintaining high design quali
