This is a brand design role. The right person has strong brand thinking, visual systems experience, and design execution skills - with web design (including Webflow) as a complementary skill.
You'll work across Marketing, Product, BizDev, HR, and leadership, turning business needs into high-quality visual output. You'll own projects end-to-end, communicate directly with stakeholders, and help shape how looks and feels across touchpoints.
What you will be doing
Lead brand design projects from concept to execution
Define and evolve visual language across company touchpoints
Create visual assets for presentations, internal and external materials, and strategic initiatives
Design and maintain web pages - career site, company pages, landing pages
Build and contribute to brand guidelines, visual systems, and iconography
Present work and rationale clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
Requirements: 4+ years in an in-house design team
Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage stakeholder communication
Strong brand design portfolio
Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Webflow experience, or solid web design skills with the ability to ramp up fast
Hands-on with AI creative workflows - generative tools, vibe coding, familiarity with concepts like LoRA - required
Good written and spoken English
