What Youll Do
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to validate design decisions through user feedback and provide UX guidance across all stages of product development-from ideation to release.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points-and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Take ongoing ownership of monitoring the user experience across the product by regularly reviewing flows, analyzing user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

About the Role: As our UX/UI Design Team Leader, you will lead a newly formed team of 6 designers (3 in-house, 3 outsourced) through a pivotal phase of organizational growth. Your primary mission is to transform three distinct product lines into a single, unified, and mature design language. You will be the architect of our design strategy, standardizing methodologies, and mentoring a team of mid-level designers to reach their next professional level. As a Delivery UI/UX Designers TL at our company, you will lead a team of offshore professionals specializing in UI configuration, theming, and customization of our white-label components. Working within our established design system, your team will tailor the user experience to meet the visual identity and UX requirements of each bank.
You and your team will collaborate directly with client-side UX teams, internal Delivery developers, and our company Product & UX teams to deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.
