We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Intelligence Platform and internal AI transformation. As the Director of this group, you will drive the AI platform and adoption, and build the self-service analytics & ML platform which is a force multiplier to employees across the company.
AI and analytics are central to how we operate, across the entire organization. They power our decisions which are our business, and enable us to move fast and release features at a rapid pace, and provide the backdrop for much of the innovation currently occurring in the company.

What you will be doing:
Drive AI transformation inside us, designing the AI & agents platform that powers both internal and customer-facing solutions.
Partner with leaders and teams across us to accelerate AI adoption & business impact.
Lead and grow multiple engineering teams (~15 engineers), driving the vision and strategy for our internal analytics, ML, and AI infrastructure.
Build and evolve high-scale, self-service platforms for research environments, model training, evaluation, and experimentation.
Mentor and empower engineering managers, senior engineers, and future leaders.
Requirements: A person whos hungry, plugged into the AI world and looking to stay ahead of the curve, loves experimenting, and has strong opinions about where the industry is headed - and wants to help us get there faster.
High urgency and strong ownership - takes initiative, creates momentum, and refuses to let things stall.
Experienced in driving Engineering organization-wide adoption of internal platforms - able to create pull, build excitement, and ensure real, measurable usage.
Can think like a product leader - curious about users, sharp at prioritization, and focused on building platform capabilities that deliver real impact.
Comfortable stepping in and directly managing top ICs in strategic areas (such as AI engineering) to maintain momentum, executive alignment, and high-impact delivery.
A confident communicator who thrives in cross-company collaboration, presents comfortably to leadership, and knows how to influence, align, and move people.
Experienced people manager with real exposure to data, ML, or AI work - comfortable leading teams at the intersection of these domains.
Comfortable owning vendor relationships and budgets - evaluating tools, negotiating costs, and managing relationships.
