SodaStream is looking for an E-Commerce Project Manager to join םור global DTC department. As a Project Manager, youll be at the center of our strategic projects and collaborate with Development, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects and processes in the department.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic cross-company projects, taking ownership to meet our business goals.
Liaise with various segments to understand business and project needs.
Create and implement monthly deadlines, project goals, resources, expectations, and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery.
Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure status, risks, and open issues are tracked and addressed.
Troubleshoot issues in Real-Time and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements: Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional team projects.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end cross-functional team projects.
Solid technical background with a thorough understanding of development methodologies, principles, and procedures.
Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, self-starter, and collaborative team player.
Strong executor with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
