As an AI Insights and Research Specialist on the Strategy and Intelligence team in our Tel Aviv Office, youll play a vital role in owning the in-depth understanding of our customer portfolio and market landscape. This role is perfect for a data-savvy analyst who thrives on uncovering best practices and is eager to build and leverage AI tools and agents to scale their impact.
Youll be a key player in a high-impact Strategy and Intelligence team with direct visibility and ownership. How youll make an impact:
Lead in-depth analysis of customer activity data to uncover trends, best practices, and actionable insights for the marketing organization and broader company.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding our customer portfolio, providing data-driven recommendations to strategy leadership.
Conduct external industry research to benchmark us against market standards and identify emerging opportunities, including leveraging industry databases.
Own end-to-end implementation of GenAI and automation projects in order to fulfill the above tasks and more - from scoping and prompt design to testing, documentation, and rollout.
Translate business needs into structured workflows, coordinating between non-technical and technical teams.
Translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives that drive decision-making across marketing and business teams.
Execute all of the above using AI tools extensively (AI first) to increase pace and quality of outputs.

This is not a researcher or data science role. Its a solution-driven, execution-oriented position for someone who knows what LLMs can do, and how to make them deliver value today.



Key Responsibilities:

Design AI-powered solutions using off-the-shelf tools and APIs (prompting, chaining, agents, etc.)
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to deliver working features and PoCs
Own the how of AI: from idea to prototype to functional integration
Track AI industry trends and apply relevant ideas and tools
Act as a cross-functional bridge between product, tech, and innovation

You will:
Design and execute research projects using advanced methodologies and tools to generate actionable insights that improve decision-making.
Analyze data and apply critical thinking to identify innovation opportunities and optimize research processes.
Prepare scientific reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams and consult with experts, demonstrating adaptability, receptiveness to feedback.

we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Cyber Security Manager to join the company Cyber security department in the Israeli firm and lead all aspects of AI security with it's clients in Israel and Globally.
This role focuses on designing and implementing secure AI environments, guiding clients through AI security strategies, and driving innovation in AI security solutions.
Responsibilities:
Be part of our Great and growing security team to consult, design, develop, implement, and support our customers secure AI environments
Lead AI security practice to identify and mitigate security risks associated with the AI and Machine Learning
Lead MCP and Agentic AI architecture and deployments
Identify threats and risks related to AI & ML in the different LLM's including data poisoning, model evasion, extraction, and integrity
Design and implement secure AI architectures with clients
Requirements discovery, architecture, design, and implementation of technical controls in the AI security realm
Develop AI security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks
Support pre-sales activities and lead technical discussions with clients
Stay up to date with evolving AI threats, technologies, and best practices
Promote a security-first mindset in the AI transformation realm
Act as the AI leader, Educate and collaborate with clients technical and management teams (CIOs, CTOs, Architects, DevOps, Security team, etc.)
Collaborate with our company member firms teams globally, and different teams including data scientists, developers, DevOps and cyber.
