The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, transforming complex networking and cloud concepts into intuitive, user-centric experiences. From research and wireframing to interactive prototyping and final UI, youll craft compelling designs that balance user needs with business goals. You will work closely with the Lead Product Designer and cross-functional teams to shape the future of network cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, usability, and visual excellence.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience for one of our core product streams. In this role, youll lead discovery, experience definition, and hands-on design execution- from problem framing and user research to UX/UI design, prototyping, and usability validation.

Youll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience partners to deeply understand user needs, shape product strategy, and translate insights into elegant, high-impact product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks systematically, and can balance strategic clarity with thoughtful craft.

What Youll Do:
End-to-End Experience Design
Lead the full UX design process for your product areafrom research and concepts to high-fidelity UI and delivery.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interfaces using Figma.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, scope solutions, and ensure smooth implementation.
User Research Expertise
Plan and conduct research to uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points (e.g., interviews, surveys, diary studies).
Run usability testing and concept validation to inform iteration and improve product quality.
Synthesize findings into insights that shape product strategy and prioritization.
Product & Strategy Influence
Collaborate tightly with PMs to define problem spaces, frame opportunities, and evaluate trade-offs.
Contribute to product direction by grounding roadmap decisions in user outcomes, experience quality, and data.
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify experience gaps and guide continuous improvement.
Systems & Consistency
Contribute to and expand our design system to ensure scalable and consistent UI patterns across the platform.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, clarity, and simplicity in every interaction throughout the user journey.
Championship of Human-Centered Design
Promote user-centered thinking across teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and share insights to align teams around user needs.

Understand customers pain points and needs by user research, then develop the right UX solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and collaborations, and actively lead efforts to promote solutions across teams.
Deliver detailed designs" visions, specifications, wireframes and prototypes.
Collaborate daily with the Design team, Product Managers and Software Engineers to define, and deliver extraordinary products.
Drive, execute and lead the next generation product design vision
Conduct a full UX cycle from a Product Managers brief - collecting inspiration, competitor research and UX research.
Coordinate and facilitate usability tests, analytics and other target user research with project partners to validate existing and future feature design (including usability testing).
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously advocating for the integration of new ideas and approaches into the design process.
