What You'll Do:

Lead design for conversion funnels, collaborating closely with the CRO team and marketing managers to optimize landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences. This includes applying advanced UX principles, A/B testing insights, and mobile-first design thinking to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Design and deliver a high volume of digital static ads weekly for various performance marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency, compelling visuals, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide creative design support to the video team, especially for motion graphics and animated assets, helping conceptualize and develop visually compelling elements for video content.
Uphold and evolve Navan's brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and elevating our brand perception.
Leverage market research and stay current with AI trends and design best practices to bring innovative ideas and concepts to life.
Create mockups and prototypes in Figma to visualize design ideas, facilitate feedback, and ensure optimal user experience.

Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of how analysts, investigators, and decision-makers interact with complex AI systems in high-stakes, data-dense environments. Youll be the first designer in the Sovereign AI division - which means youll defining standards, update or rebuild the design system, and becoming the teams authority on how users experience our products.
Over time, youll develop deep domain expertise in the investigative and analytical workflows our systems support - and that expertise will make you a critical voice in product and technical decisions. Youll work at the intersection of complex data, AI, and national missions - where every design decision carries real weight. The Responsibilities:
Own the design direction - Lead the design vision for the divisions products. Youre not executing someone elses spec - youre shaping what these products look and feel like from the ground up.

We're looking for a highly experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the redesign of our Salesforce application's front end and drive our transition to Lightning Web Components (LWC).
This is a focused, high-impact engagement where you will own the full design process - from discovery through final specs. You'll work closely with our Salesforce engineers and product managers to deliver a modern,

We are looking for a strategic Head of UX to help shape the future of our work in Agentic AI and the Sightline Cyber Defense platform, which protects some of the world's largest commerce and content websites. we are looking for a UX Design Lead.
This is not a hands-on execution role. You won't be designing screens day-to-day. Instead, you'll maintain the system that makes PM-led design possible, set the quality bar,

This is being composed into application risk and major part of the code to cloud offering of Prisma cloud.The product identifies problems, facilitates "shift left" operations, and helps our customers remediate them. We are looking for a Principal UX designer who can help us design, build and ship industry defining products to help application security practitioners and developers build more secure cloud applications. In this role, you will be solving complex UX challenges with creative and streamlined flows.
