Job Description
As a Senior Applied Researcher, you will be working as part of the CTO Office team, researching problems that can give our products competitive advantage in a wide range of challenges. The team is working on vision models, LLM based Agentic architectures, Reinforcement Learning, Reasoning and more.
On your day to day, you will:
Design, train and implement models that solve specific needs
Collaborate with our product teams to design and integrate AI models
Run POCs
Explore cutting edge solutions that can be the next strategic direction
Brainstorm and Research novel ideas in various fields.

Required Senior NLP Researcher
Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing and large language models.
Design, train, and optimize large-scale neural network models for advanced applications.
Transition research projects from ideation through deployment and scaling.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including domain experts, product managers, and engineers, to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Define and contribute to the AI and NLP product roadmap.

We are looking for experienced, creative and impact-oriented Algorithm Developers to join our team!
As an Algorithm Developer you will be responsible for building state of the art algorithms powering LLMs and agentic frameworks. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that also includes engineers and product professionals, all working together to bring our products to life.
You will take part in the full life cycle of our development process, deeply understand the problem we are solving, come up with algorithmic approaches for solving these problems, devise strategies for collecting necessary training data, train and evaluate large language models and other machine learning models and also be in charge of deploying these solutions in production.
Role and Responsibilities:
Build the algorithms that power our various products
Develop production-grade solutions to challenging product-driven NLP tasks by combining language models, RL and classical ML/NLP.
Collaborate with product, sales and customer success teams to define success criteria and translate them into quantitative measures and objectives
Devise innovative strategies for collecting training and evaluation data
Train and evaluate models in realistic production scenarios
End-to-end ownership of the algorithmic components of our products, from design, through implementation and monitoring in production

Our team is looking for a Deep Learning Engineer.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop Large Language Models as part of our applied research projects and in support of Platform, including designing, implementing and training massive-scale deep language models
Implement, optimize, scale and test new cutting edge ideas and architectures
Perform large-scale evaluations and comparisons of trained models across a range of benchmarks, as well as adding support for new benchmarks
