we are looking for a QA lead.
You will lead our companys QA Guild and help drive the evolution of our QA practices across the company. This role focuses on improving quality, automation, and testing methodologies for our large-scale verticals, while working closely with R&D teams to support fast and reliable delivery.

The day-to-day
Lead and coordinate the QA Guild across the company, working with QA engineers and team leads.
Promote and support the automation-first and AI-assisted QA practices.
Design and maintain test automation frameworks for FE, BE, API and E2E testing.
Drive performance and load testing efforts for complex, distributed systems.
Work closely with R&D, DevOps and Product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Define and improve QA processes, best practices, and quality metrics.
Support onboarding, mentoring and professional growth of QA engineers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading quality activities across groups' solution-level features, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving quality initiatives and fostering a quality-focused mindset within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Activities: Oversee and manage quality activities for cross-group solution-level features, ensuring alignment with overall quality goals.
Define E2E Scenarios: Define E2E scenarios for cross group projects and push for testable designs. Ensure E2E scenarios are covered by manual and automation by collaborating with the correct personas in the groups and the central QA.
Quality Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters concerning the unit or the cross-group feature.
Promote Quality Mindset: Work closely with the different personas in the groups to promote quality mindset, best practices, tools and product knowledge to improve the overall quality.
Strive for holistic solutions: Identify gaps that require a centralized solution and work with the centralized QA, PMO org and other solution quality leads to promote a holistic solution, enablement or processes.

The Director of QA is responsible for overseeing all aspects of software quality assurance (QA) in our company.

This role is key in ensuring that our products, services, and data meet the highest quality standards and deliver an exceptional experience for our users.

Main roles and responsibilities

Define a comprehensive company-wide quality strategy and program that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
Closely collaborate with R&D, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders in the organization to implement the quality program across software development and data management activities.
Report on the effectiveness of the quality program to senior management.
Develop and maintain a robust QA process that encompasses all phases of the software development lifecycle in the R&D.
Select, implement, and manage QA tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the execution of all QA activities, including planning, design, execution, and bug management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in QA.
Champion a "quality-first" mindset in the organization.
