Were looking for a technology enthusiastic Team Leader to lead and evolve our global cloud and Kubernetes foundations. This role combines technical leadership, people leadership, and platform ownership, enabling hundreds of developers to deliver reliably and securely in a large-scale, regulated, multi-cloud environment. The Team Lead will own the day-to-day execution and continuous evolution of our platform capabilities, while aligning with broader architectural direction and organizational goals.
What you'll do:
Leadership & Management Responsibilities:
Lead a team of DevOps Engineers in building and maintaining high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable cloud and Kubernetes platforms across AWS, GCP and private cloud
Collaborate closely with associate teams in the platform department
Oversee team's deliverables design and architecture for infrastructure automation
Coach and mentor your team - leading to success and meeting goals
Report your team's KPIs and performance metrics

Become the technical authority for your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style
Technical Leadership Responsibilities:
Create and maintain pipelines and automation strategies
Lead the automation of infrastructure layer for our private cloud and public cloud environments
Drive the development and integration of infrastructure tools in support of production systems
Oversee the automation of provisioning and configuration for Windows/Linux environments
Work closely with platform departments to streamline their working methods
Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and live production issues
As a core member of the leadership team, participate in 'On-Call' duties on our company production systems, working in non-conventional hours including weekends and holidays (from time to time).
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a hands-on technical leadership in a large-scale environment
5+ years of experience running production workloads (Private cloud/AWS/GCP)
Experience creating infrastructure as code solutions using tools such as: Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation
Experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible and orchestration platforms like AWX, Ansible Tower
Microservices architecture & container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Proven Scripting capabilities: PowerShell/Bash/Python
Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana and ELK(
Background in Linux administration in a large-scale environment
Strong troubleshooting skills
Proactive by nature; internal drive for excellence and improvement
BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, relevant technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
Advantages:

Experience with CI/CD tools and source control management tools (e.g. Git & TFVC, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Artifactory, Proget etc...)
