We are looking for a Senior Brand & UI Designer to join our dynamic brand team and help shape and elevate the companys brand identity. In this role, youll bridge brand design, digital experience, and innovation, crafting compelling, high-quality visuals and intuitive user experiences that reflect our brand across multiple channels.
Youll collaborate closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to develop brand assets, campaigns, and digital experiences that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand strategic vision. Youll take on complex design challenges combining creativity, design systems thinking, and emerging AI tools, to deliver work that is both visually stunning and strategically effective. All the work is done on a large scale.

What Youll Do:
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that push our brand forward while maintaining consistency and clarity.
Lead the design and execution of brand and digital assets, including marketing campaigns, microsites, web pages, event branding, presentations, and social media visuals.
Design intuitive, visually engaging UI experiences for landing pages, campaign sites, and digital touchpoints, optimizing for both aesthetics and usability together with working, updating and maintaining a design system on Figma.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all brand and product touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product marketing, growth, content, and product design, to create cohesive storytelling through design.
Leverage Generative AI and design automation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway or Figma AI) to accelerate workflows, spark creativity, and prototype design concepts.
Conduct user-centered design exploration, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual systems for digital campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, UX/UI innovations, and emerging technologies to continually elevate creative output.

As an Office Manager, you will play an incredibly important role in setting up and maintaining the new Tel-Aviv office of our fast-growing company.
In this position, you will be working closely with the companys offshores accounting, legal, HR teams and managing all site administration.
Please note: This is a full-time on-site position at our Tel Aviv office, 4 days a week.
What will you do:
Own and manage all daily operations of the Tel Aviv office, ensuring smooth functioning and a positive work environment.
Be the face of the office, sitting at the front desk, welcoming employees, visitors, candidates, and suppliers, and making sure everything runs smoothly
Manage vendors and service providers - from initial engagement to ongoing improvements, negotiating terms, and building strong relationships.
Support onboarding and HR administration - work with our offshore HR team to manage employee onboarding/offboarding and training, ensuring a smooth and positive start.
Plan and operate welfare activities - including happy hours, team events, and office celebrations to enhance employee engagement.
Oversee office maintenance and logistics - manage purchasing of office equipment and supplies, IT support, kitchen, and other on-demand needs.
Manage budgets and finances - including petty cash, credit card reports, invoice payments, and procurement.
Coordinate office systems - manage seating arrangements and visitor management to ensure a professional and organized office experience.
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and requests as they arise, contributing to a flexible and dynamic startup environment.

Required Risk Operations Analyst (Temporary position)
As a Risk Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) to analyze transaction data.
Conduct in-depth investigations of flagged transactions to determine the validity of the alerts.
Identify patterns and trends that may indicate suspicious activities, such as money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
Initiate proactive investigations according to internal processes, market trends, proactive research or any other red flags.
Document findings and prepare detailed investigation reports.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all investigations.
Apply analytic techniques to complex cases to make logical and supported recommendations.
Monitor and escalate anomalies or material issues to the Transaction Monitoring Team Lead.
Report suspicious activities to relevant authorities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure investigations adhere to internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, OFAC).
Work closely with Compliance and Risk to address and resolve issues.
Communicate findings and provide recommendations to senior management.
Identify opportunities to improve transaction monitoring processes and systems.

Join a dynamic corporate team and lead global stock awards administration. As Stock Administration Manager (Temp), you will oversee all aspects of stock awards programs-including RSU's/Stock options, ESPP, and M&A transactions-while partnering with Finance, Legal, and HR teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
How will you make an impact?
Manage and monitor stock awards processes: new grants, RSU vesting, blackout periods and employee relocations.
Serve as the corporate stock awards focal point with Finance accounting, Legal, and HR teams.
Maintain equity data administration systems.
Act as primary liaison with external vendors, trustees, tax advisors, and valuation firms.
Provide guidance to employees and internal teams on stock award-related topics.
Administer and manage ESPP, including enrollment, compliance, and coordination with HR, Payroll, and Finance.
Lead forecasting and analysis for equity programs.
Oversee stock awards valuation analysis and recording.
Ensure compliance with FASB123R, tax regulations, and other standards.
Design and align global stock awards related procedures and policies.
Support equity aspects of M&A transactions, including post-acquisition equity assumption.
Own the stock award accounting recording responsibilities.
