Position: Senior Computer Vision - Object Tracking
Location: Haifa, Israel
we are looking for a capable and experienced Sr. Computer vision and Algorithms Engineer to join our R&D team.
The engineer will work on devising, developing, and integrating novel vision-based algorithms at the heart of our autonomous driving system.
This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge methods, develop and innovate new ideas, and see them deployed on the road in our autonomous vehicles.
In this role, you will be leading the development of our next-generation object-tracking technology, which will have a significant impact on the performance of our autonomous driving technology. To accomplish this, you'll need to combine your expertise in multiple fields, including computer vision, physics, signal processing, and mathematics. You will solve challenging problems in multi-object tracking by using state-of-the-art algorithms.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the development of the new tracking technology.
* Designing, training and optimizing novel computer vision algorithms.
* Taking an End-to End responsibility over medium to long-term projects
* Seeing projects through from research to deployment.
* Devising and implementing performance metrics.
* Supervising complex data pipelines, from the collection stage, through annotation, to training models.
* Communicating, presenting and visualizing results
* Aligning the algorithms with the product needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior backend Engineer to join our team. As a Senior backend Engineer, you will be responsible for writing backend code, collaborating closely with the product team to address technical challenges, and improving the product based on data -driven insights. You will play a key role in building the architecture, design, and development of a complex system. Additionally, you will be responsible for validating software functionality, ensuring security measures, and optimizing performance.
