Communicate updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues that arise throughout the product development process.
Overseeing Product Development: Work closely with the development teams to ensure that the product is developed according to the specifications and requirements. Conduct regular sprint planning and prioritization meetings, provide guidance and clarifications to the teams, mitigating risks, and ensure that the products are delivered on time and within project constraints.
Defining and Measuring KPIs: Define and measure KPIs for developed features and products, ensuring they align with business goals and drive product success.

As a Senior Product Designer (UX & UI), you will:
Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Software Developers and other UX/UI designers in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products
Be synced with Wix UX guild and work according to its guidelines
Conduct extensive product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis and more
Map all possible scenarios and create product flows
Take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich animated prototypes
Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development
Analyze data and conduct usability sessions with real users, once a product is launched

Required Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will:
Take full responsibility and ownership of part of the product, from ideation all the way to production
Work closely with BI and user research, defining scope, KPIs, and development processes, and make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data
Work closely with UX, Dev, and other Product Managers in order to take a complex problem and turn it into a simple straightforward solution
Talk to users constantly, analyze user data, and conduct usability tests to continually improve the product.

Act as the main point of contact for any technical implementation related matters
Manage Customer and Internal Stakeholders expectations during Onboarding and Deployment
Work closely with our Account Managers and Customer Success Managers and lead technical implementations.
