As an AI Solution Engineer, youll help shape how AI-driven automations are applied across our internal systems. Youll build and operate AI agents and workflows that connect data, tools, and processes, enabling teams across the organization to work more efficiently at scale.

Youll work closely with IT and platform stakeholders, as well as teams across the company, combining AI capabilities with automation tools, APIs, and code to deliver solutions that move from experimentation to reliable, long-term operation.

What will you actually be doing?
Design and develop AI automations, agents, and agentic workflows that automate and augment internal business processes.
Develop and maintain integrations and workflows using tools like n8n, Workato, and other automation or orchestration platforms.
Write JavaScript-based logic (and Python where relevant) to extend low-code/no-code tools, integrate APIs, and orchestrate AI-driven flows.
Build scalable, secure, and reliable automations, including monitoring, logging, and guardrails for AI behavior.
Implement advanced prompting and agent patterns, such as structured outputs, tool/function calling, and RAG.
Optimize workflows using data, telemetry, and feedback to improve reliability, performance, and business impact.
Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Youll design and deliver proofs of concept, lead workshops, and build compelling demos showcasing our capabilities for AI evaluation, monitoring, and reliability. Acting as the key interface between our product, research, and customer teams, youll help translate technical requirements into impactful AI solutions.

We are looking for a senior product designer to define how developers collaborate with AI to build and maintain software. You will own high impact product areas end to end, shaping intuitive experiences within complex, technical and data rich environments. This role requires deep systems thinking, strong product judgment and fluency in AI-powered workflows.

What Youll Do
Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery and concept through implementation and iteration

Design AI-powered experiences that balance model capability, human intent and developer workflow constraints

Create scalable interaction patterns for AI copilots, agent driven workflows and human-in-the-loop systems

Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable and trustworthy interfaces

Partner closely with engineering and product to ship high quality solutions

Use quantitative data, experimentation and user research to validate decisions and drive continuous improvement

Contribute to and evolve a robust design system that supports complex, data-dense interfaces at scale

We are looking for a hands-on professional who will take ownership of customer-facing AI solutions, become a central point of contact for key customers, and work closely with our product and AI development efforts.

This is a cross-functional role with real impact on how the company operates and grows over the coming years.

Responsibilities

Own and manage ongoing relationships with customers, gradually taking on a central Customer Success role
Analyze complex business needs and translate them into CRM and AI-based solutions
Define and design AI agents, automated processes, and advanced workflows
Lead and support solution implementation with customers, including hands-on involvement when needed
Work closely with development and implementation teams
Identify problems, propose solutions, and take full ownership from definition through execution
