This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic partnership across departments and corporate stakeholders. and will make high-level decisions affecting the companys financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives in the medical devices and home-use devices sectors.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
Manage cash flow and working capital: monitor inflows/outflows, forecast future cash needs, and implement optimization strategies to support growth.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Ensure regulatory and accounting compliance with applicable standards (IFRS/Israeli GAAP) and industry regulations; implement robust internal controls.
Manage relationships with corporate stakeholders, auditors, and other financial partners.
Evaluate and manage financial risks, including market trends and economic factors affecting the medical device sectors.
Support strategic and business initiatives such as product launches and market expansion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
Lead and manage a finance team of five (Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and the board of directors.
Oversee daily finance operations and drive process efficiency and accuracy.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are looking for a Product Manager.
Heres what youll be doing:

Product Strategy, New Product Development & Product Life-cycle Management
Support product development decisions for current and future products.
Generate business plans, market requirements documents, presentations and supporting materials to align all functional groups behind a common product vision.
Lead product roadmap and planning within the category
Drive claims development for products
Understand patient experience with product portfolio

Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for several teams of architects, engineers and software developers, all working together to conduct state-of-the-art R&D in system and network architecture. Models CPU functionality, performance and/or power in pre-silicon simulators
Defines and runs performance experiments to aid feature definition. Such experiments can be performed on a pre-silicon simulation environment or in a real system or on a combination of both or even in combination with analytical models
Provides experimental/proof of concept for new features and implementation alternatives meeting performance constraints.

Develops the end-to-end architecture of new instructions (when applicable) in coordination with partners. Drives the inclusion of the feature in a CPU project working with micro-architects, designers and verification experts. (the HW/SW features are typically in the form of new instructions or of other Instruction Set constructs and belong to one of following domains: dense compute, general purpose accelerations, use case specific accelerations, system level instructions, Security related technologies, or instrumentation instructions.
Models CPU functionality, performance and power in simulators, analyzes the bottlenecks of current CPUs on workloads that reflect CPU future usage.
