We are looking for a highly motivated SecOps Specialist to serve as a central knowledge hub for the organization’s security tools. This role requires deep expertise in security products, including thorough understanding of their features and capabilities, and the ability to drive implementation of security policies and requirements across technical teams.
What You’ll Do: Support the deployment, maintenance, and fine-tuning of security tools and processes. Work closely with the monitor security alerts and incidents team, conducting investigations and suggesting improvements to threats within Earnix security products. Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures. Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure the security tools are in compliance with applicable standards. Assist in strengthening AWS cloud security configurations with a focus on the principle of least privilege. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify threats and enhance overall security posture.

Why This Role Matters As the Head of Software Development – Center of Excellence Lead, you will lead all software developers, grow their professional skills, support their technical excellence, accelerating innovation, and nurturing top-tier development talent. This role bridges hands-on technical leadership, strategic vision, and organizational enablement - shaping how PassportCard Labs engineers design, build, and deliver the systems powering the next generation of insurance platforms, utilizing AI and agentic tooling as the main power source for building software. The ideal candidate should serve as a role model for all software developers to aspire and grow their careers according to his/her professional skills and attitude. In this role you will work with PassportCard CTO to define the professional standards, practices, and learning path for our software developers, lead innovation initiatives, make sure AI is fully exploited in development environment and tools, ensure our teams deliver scalable, secure, and modern cloud-native solutions.

We seek a FinOps Engineer to join our DevOps & Cloud Group, focusing on optimizing cloud costs, driving financial accountability, and leveraging automation for efficient cloud resource management.

What am I going to do?:

* Analyze, monitor, and report on cloud usage and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving efficiency, and leading the development and maturation of the FinOps framework.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement cloud cost optimization strategies, ensuring alignment between technical activities and financial objectives.
*  Implement and maintain financial governance and controls across cloud platforms, utilizing automation for cost trend optimization, anomaly detection, and accurate forecasting.
* Work closely with procurement and vendors to manage cloud costs, ensuring effective negotiation and alignment with organizational financial goals.
* Educate and train teams on FinOps best practices, promoting financial accountability and fostering collaboration across departments.
* Lead change management initiatives within cloud or IT transformations, guiding teams and influencing best practices in cloud financial management.
