We're seeking a talented Product Manager to take the lead on our PV products.
The ideal candidate will be a part in shaping the future of renewable energy solutions, driving our PV product strategies.

In this role, you'll drive technical pre-sales, secure certifications, and shape client decisions. Responsibilities:
Technical Pre-sales meetings with customers, to understand their technical requirements and in turn, generate solution proposals based on our products.
Responsible for obtaining all required product certifications by working closely with our HQs and relevant local offices including but not limited to SII, IEC, etc.
Support on tender documentations and frequent follow up with customers on technical level.
Product presentations and ownership (technical presentation and documentation management for dedicated products).
Convince customers to buy our products from technical, commercial, and service point of view.
Working closely with all relevant stakeholders including but not limited to EPCs, IPPs, Investors and Distributors.
Benchmarking of our products against competition.
Attend national and international fairs and conferences.
Regular travel throughout Israel and infrequent visits to Europe and our Chinese Headquarters.
Providing regular forecasts, reports, and market research.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering power electronics, or a comparable higher education qualification.
At least two years of experience in technical product management, technical support, project development or project management. With preference in the renewables energy industry (solar in particular), ESS, inverters, EPC.
Strong technical understanding on inverter products and/or energy storage systems in the utility and C&I segment with commercial sales knowledge - advantage .
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken - mandatory. Chinese language skills are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good knowledge in MS-Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel domestic and internationally on a regular basis.
Hands-on patience with a can-do mentality.
