We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who will lead the backend effort end-to-end - from initial architecture and technology choices, through implementation and scaling, and into long-term ownership and evolution.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will design, build, and own production systems, work closely with multiple teams, influence product direction, and set the technical bar for the group.

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Platform & Infra Team, you will own the core plumbing of the ecosystem:
Architecting Scalability: Design and optimize the core processing systems that handle massive concurrency and petabytes of video/audio data.
Driving DevEx: Create the tools, internal platforms, and CI/CD abstractions that empower our product teams to ship code faster and more safely.

What will your job look like:
Architect a Centralized Platform: Design and develop a comprehensive, multi-purpose application that serves as the central hub for the company's robotic operations, fleet management, and performance analytics.
Develop Robot Control Interfaces: Build real-time control systems that allow engineers and operators to securely connect to the robots, visualize live sensory data, and directly command robot functionality via tele-operation.
