We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Inbound Product Manager to join our R&D team and lead the development of internal products that power our digital marketing operations.
In this role, youll sit at the crossroads of product, business, and tech, collecting and translating business needs into smart product specs, working closely with developers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders to bring real impact to life.
What Youll Be Doing:
Collect and translate business needs into detailed, structured PRDs and technical documentation.
Define and manage incoming product requests from stakeholders across departments.
Work closely with R&D, designers, QA, and data teams to define and prioritize backlog items and sprint planning.
Conduct end-to-end specification work: from high-level business requirements to low-level technical flows and table structures (ERD).
Partner with data analysts to define KPIs and ensure data needs are met strong hands-on SQL skills required.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
Manage cross-team processes and ensure smooth execution and integration between business, tech, and design.
Own documentation quality and completeness throughout the product lifecycle.
Present product decisions, technical progress, and insights to senior management and onboard internal stakeholders.
Interview internal stakeholders to gather inputs and validate needs.
Requirements: 2+ experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager- Must.
Strong technical orientation ability to work closely with developers and understand database structures.
Proven experience in writing clear, structured documents and PRDs.
Knowledge in Figma- Must.
Knowledge in SQL able to write queries and understand database logic- an advantage.
Strong understanding of ERD and table mapping ability to map business logic into DB structures.
Experience managing sprints, defining timelines, and breaking down complex projects into tasks.
