Responsibilities:

Lead the full software development lifecycle from planning through design, implementation, testing, and delivery.

Own development of both functional and non-functional features, with a hands-on approach to architecture and design.

Define and drive the divisions technological roadmap in collaboration with system and business stakeholders.

Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on excellence, accountability, and innovation.

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps.

Collaborate with commercial, operations, and deployment teams to ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, and customer needs.

Represent the division's technological capabilities internally and externally to customers, partners, investors, and senior leadership.
